Please take note that we have excluded the following outlying areas from our shipping options, unfortunately, we cant deliver to you within the time frame promised as the delivery to outlying areas takes longer and is unreliable:

An automatic notification email will be sent to you once the tracking number has been allocated to your order. You can track your order at 17track.net. Please kindly allow 3-5 working days for this process.
Your order will be shipped to you within 15-20 business days (with the exception of outlying areas). During sale periods and pandemics, dispatch times may increase, and shipping may be delayed.

Please make sure that you have provided your name, surname, correct address with postal code, and the correct phone number in order to avoid delays. Often orders are delayed because of incorrect information provided and we can't take responsibility for this.
If there is a delay, please email me and I will try and speed up the process as best I can but unfortunately at times, it's best to be patient until your order arrives.

Belle Boutique makes every effort to ensure a smooth delivery however we do not take responsibility for any delays and/or additional taxes and duties charges that may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country. We do however can promise that 99% of the time there are no custom fees and duties.
Belle Boutique is not responsible if your order has not been delivered by the estimated delivery date once we have handed your parcel over to our courier service. If there is a delay in the delivery (due to strikes etc.) there will not be refunds, nor is Belle Boutique responsible for any theft, lost or damaged parcels. We, unfortunately, have no control over a parcel that is with a 3rd party (courier).
MAIN DISTRIBUTION METHOD USED - DROPSHIPPINGOur main method of fulfilment is Drop Shipping: Dropshipping is a supply chain management method in which the retailer does not keep goods in stock but instead transfers its customer's orders and shipment details to either the manufacturer, another retailer, or a wholesaler, who then ships the goods directly to the customer. Our items are sent directly from our International suppliers to you in order to keep prices competitive, allow a wider variety and reduce shipping fees.
We do our best to supply the best quality products and a wider variety of styles that are unique to the South African market at the best value by saving overhead costs where we can.
We offer FREE delivery nationwide! No customs duties and fees the majority of the time (if you receive a notification for custom duties please contact us. There are scams going around where customers are sent a text, please don't pay anything or reply to a text unless it's verified with me and the courier company).
Express Shipping (10-12 WD) is available now for R500.
Please note: Express Shipping can at times be on hold, be delayed because of holidays, Covid, and capacity problems.
NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR REFUNDS

If you received a defected or damaged item please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will rectify this right away!
- If you are to receive online store credit, the credits will be emailed to you as a discount coupon
- Please allow up to 72 hours for your store credit to be applied.
- Store credits don't expire.
- To use your store credits you will have the option in the checkout to apply your discount coupon code on the payment step.
Promotional Terms & Conditions:
Items bought on sale and reduced or sale products are not eligible for store credit.
For promotions which involve a complimentary item, said complimentary item cannot at any stage be exchanged for another item, nor refunded or returned due to a product fault.
