  • Q: How long will my delivery take?

A:  We deliver anywhere in South Africa. Upon receiving your order, we will process it within 48-72 hours (depending on what bank you paid from, excluding Weekends and Public Holidays). Thereafter your order will be shipped to you within 10-20 business days.

If the courier has a problem, they will attempt to make contact with you through the mobile number that you have provided upon check out.

MAIN DISTRIBUTION METHOD USED - DROP SHIPPING 
*Most of our items (if not in stock) are sent with drop shipping directly from our International suppliers to you in order to keep prices competitive, allow a wider variety, speed up the shipping time, reduce shipping fees and eliminate a second shipping fee (local courier from me to you). 

Please note that there is the possibility of delays at customs. If this happens please be patient as the process is out of our hands. 

We do our best to supply the best quality products and the best options and variety of styles that are unique and new to the SA market at the best value to you by saving costs where we can.

A: FREE delivery nationwide.

  • Q: Do you deliver anywhere in SA?

  • Q: What are your returns conditions?

A: NO REFUND option is available 

We do NOT issue refunds. We hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases and feel free to reach out to us with any questions or sizing or styling at orders@belleboutique.co.za.

Returns:

We know returning an item can be disappointing so we've made the process as easy as possible. If you have changed your mind about an item, we may offer store credit, provided that:

  1. the request is made within 7 days of purchase;
  2. that you provide satisfactory proof of purchase (upon request from Belle Boutique i.e. your order number);
  3. the merchandise is in saleable condition (that is, the item is unworn or unused, with all original packaging or tags attached and where the products seal is not broken or tampered); and
  4. the item is not a sale item 

NO REFUND option is available.  All returns will be at the customers own cost. 

Store Credit:

  • If you are to receive online store credit, the credits will be emailed to you as a discount coupon 
  • Please allow up to 72 hours for your store credit to be applied from the date on which we receive your items.
  • Store credits are valid for 12 months before expiry.
  • To use your store credits you will have the option in the checkout to apply your discount coupon code on the payment step.
  • Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept credit and debit card payments that carry the Visa or Mastercard logos, EFT, PayPal and Payfast.

We use Payfast to process your financial information. Payfast is one of South Africa’s most trusted Payment Gateways, who have a relationship with all of South Africa’s big banks. The information you share is completely private and secure.

  • Q: Is my personal data and financial information safe with you?

A: Yes! We know that keeping your personal data private, is important. So here’s our pledge:

  • Q: How will I know what size is right for me?

A: Because we curate our merchandise from a number of different suppliers, sizing from one garment to the next may vary slightly. As a guideline for our sizing, please refer to the measurements under the description of each item.

  • Q: How do I contact you?
