• Q: Do you deliver anywhere in SA + How long will my delivery take?

A:  Please take note that we have excluded the following outlying areas from our shipping options, unfortunately we cant deliver to you within the time frame promised as the delivery to outlying areas take longer and is a unreliable.:

This is our time frame for central and local areas: 

Upon receiving your order, we will process it within 48-72 hours (depending on what bank you paid from, excluding Weekends and Public Holidays). Thereafter your order will be shipped to you within 10-20 business days.

Please make sure that you have provided your name, surname, correct address (street number included) with postal code and the correct phone number in order to avoid delays. Often orders are delayed because of incorrect information provided and we cant take responsibility for this. 

If there is a delay, please email me and I will try and speed up the process as best I can but unfortunately at times its best to be patient until your order arrives. 

Our items are sent with drop shipping directly from our International suppliers to you in order to keep prices competitive, allow a wider variety and reduce shipping fees. 

We do our best to supply the best quality products and a wider variety of styles that are unique to the South African market at the best value by saving overhead costs where we can.

A: FREE delivery nationwide (excluding outlying areas).

  • Q: What are your refunds & returns conditions?


We do NOT issue refunds. We hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases and feel free to reach out to us with any questions or sizing or styling at orders@belleboutique.co.za.

Store Credit:

  • If you are to receive online store credit, the credits will be emailed to you as a discount coupon 
  • Please allow up to 72 hours for your store credit to be applied from the date on which we receive your items.
  • Store credits never expire.
  • To use your store credits you will have the option in the checkout to apply your discount coupon code on the payment step.
  • Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept credit and debit card payments that carry the Visa or Mastercard logos, EFT and Payfast.

We use Payfast to process your financial information. Payfast is one of South Africa’s most trusted Payment Gateways, who have a relationship with all of South Africa’s big banks. The information you share is completely private and secure.

  • Q: How will I know what size is right for me?

A: Because we curate our merchandise from a number of different suppliers, sizing from one garment to the next may vary slightly. As a guideline for our sizing, please refer to the measurements under the description of each item (allow 2-3 cm -  it is recommended to always go a size up if you are unsure, some items can run small).
