  • Q: Do you deliver anywhere in SA + How long will my delivery take?

A: 

Please take note that we have excluded the following outlying areas from our shipping options, unfortunately, we cant deliver to you within the time frame promised as the delivery to outlying areas takes longer and is unreliable.:

1. Mpumalanga

2. North West

3. Any Plots, Farms, or outlying areas

If you are willing to take the risk and are willing to wait longer then please contact us directly. 

This is our time frame for central and local areas: 

An automatic notification email will be sent to you once the tracking number has been allocated to your order. You can track your order at 17track.net. Please kindly allow 3-5 working days for this process.

Your order will be shipped to you within 15-20 business days (with the exception of outlying areas)During sale periods and pandemics, dispatch times may increase, and shipping may be delayed.

Please make sure that you have provided your name, surname, correct address with postal code, and the correct phone number in order to avoid delays. Often orders are delayed because of incorrect information provided and we can't take responsibility for this. 

If there is a delay, please email me and I will try and speed up the process as best I can but unfortunately at times, it's best to be patient until your order arrives. Belle Boutique makes every effort to ensure a smooth delivery however we do not take responsibility for any delays and/or additional taxes and duties charges that may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country. We do however can promise that 99% of the time there are no custom fees and duties. 

Belle Boutique is not responsible if your order has not been delivered by the estimated delivery date once we have handed your parcel over to our courier service. If there is a delay in the delivery (due to strikes etc.) there will not be refunds, nor is Belle Boutique responsible for any theft, lost or damaged parcels. We, unfortunately, have no control over a parcel that is with a 3rd party (courier).

MAIN DISTRIBUTION METHOD USED - DROPSHIPPING
Our main method of fulfilment is Dropshipping: Dropshipping is a supply chain management method in which the retailer does not keep goods in stock but instead transfers its customer's orders and shipment details to either the manufacturer, another retailer, or a wholesaler, who then ships the goods directly to the customer. Our items are sent directly from our International suppliers to you in order to keep prices competitive, allow a wider variety and reduce shipping fees. 

We do our best to supply the best quality products and a wider variety of styles that are unique to the South African market at the best value by saving overhead costs where we can.
  • Q: What is the cost for delivery?

A: FREE delivery nationwide (excluding outlying areas).

  • Q: What are your refunds & returns conditions?

A: NO RETURN & REFUNDS

We do NOT issue refunds. We hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases and feel free to reach out to us with any questions or sizing or styling at orders@belleboutique.co.za.

Store Credit:

We stand behind our items and want you to be satisfied with them! We always do our best to take care of our customers – dealing with all situations responsibly and fairly. If you received a defected or damaged item please email us (orders@belleboutique.co.za) and we will rectify this right away! Please note that we do not do returns for sales items. All sales items are final purchases.

  • If you are to receive online store credit, the credits will be emailed to you as a discount coupon 
  • Please allow up to 72 hours for your store credit to be applied.
  • Store credits don't expire.
  • To use your store credits you will have the option in the checkout to apply your discount coupon code on the payment step.

    • Q: What payment methods do you accept?

    A: We accept credit and debit card payments that carry the Visa or Mastercard logos, EFT and Payfast.

    We use Payfast to process your financial information. Payfast is one of South Africa’s most trusted Payment Gateways, who have a relationship with all of South Africa’s big banks. The information you share is completely private and secure.

    • Q: Is my personal data and financial information safe with you?

    A: Yes! We know that keeping your personal data private, is important. So here’s our pledge:

    We promise that we will never store, use or share any of your personal data.

    • Q: How will I know what size is right for me?

    A: Because we curate our merchandise from a number of different suppliers, sizing from one garment to the next may vary slightly. As a guideline for our sizing, please refer to the measurements under the description of each item (allow 2-3 cm -  it is recommended to always go a size up if you are unsure, some items can run small).

    • Q: How do I contact you?
